Q. What is the total delivery time for my order?
A. Please allow 1 business day to process your order and schedule a pickup with UPS.  UPS standard ground shipping lead time (typically 1-2 business days).

Q. What are the shipping methods available?
A. At this time we are only able to ship with UPS ground for shipments that contain alcohol.

Q. Where can delivery.reubensbrews.com orders be shipped?
A. Anywhere within the state of Washington.

Q. Why can't you mail me beer in Oregon or Texas?
A. Washington State law limits us to shipping only within our home state.

Q. How are shipping costs determined?
A. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of a case of cans and the quantity of cases ordered. We charge flat rates for each case shipped: 1 case = $25, 2 cases = $40, 3 cases = $55. Our shipping limit per order per day is 3 cases.

Q. If I place a large order, can I receive a reduced shipping rate?
A. Yes, we charge a flat rate for shipping, where the rate for the first case is $25 and each additional case is $15.

Q. A beer I want appears to be sold out, will you get any more in?
A. We update our inventories for our delivery store daily at 10am. The day's inventory of a particular beer may be sold out, but we may have more available the next day, please check back.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. If you have additional questions, please email ashley@reubensbrews.com.

Q. What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?  Who do I contact with questions or issues with my order?
